How to buy a game and activate it on your console
We sell digital game versions as access to a shared account or as an activation code. Below is the whole flow: from picking a game in the catalog to launching it on your Xbox. If a step does not work out, message us on Telegram — we will walk you through it.

Six steps: from the catalog to the access details in your account page

Pick a game and a platform
In the catalog mark your console: Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S. The game page then shows every available option — Primary, Secondary and an activation code.

Add the item to the cart
Choose the access type and the number of slots, then press "Add to cart". The cart is stored in your browser, so you can come back to it later.

Place the order
In the cart fill in your contacts: e-mail, Telegram and your Gamertag. We deliver the access to exactly that identifier, so double-check it.

Pay in a convenient way
Payment depends on your country: in Russia it is a bank card or an SBP transfer, in the rest of the world it is cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum). The details appear right after checkout.

Wait for confirmation
The manager checks that the money has arrived and moves the order to "Paid". During working hours it takes 5 to 30 minutes; orders placed at night are processed in the morning.

Get the access details
The login, the password, 2FA backup codes and the instructions appear in your account page under "My orders". Never forward these details to anyone.

How Primary differs from Secondary and from an activation code

Home console accessYou install the game from our account and set our account as the home one ("My home Xbox"): after that you play from your own profile, and the progress and achievements stay yours. It works offline.

CheaperYou sign in to our account and play right from it. A permanent internet connection is required and only the issued profile can be used. It costs less than the primary access.

- 1Press the Xbox button on the gamepad, choose "Add new user" and sign in with our credentials.
- 2If you bought the shared account: "Settings" → "General" → "Personalization" → "My home Xbox" → "Make this my home Xbox".
- 3Open "My games & apps" → "Library", find the game and install it.
- 4Play from your own profile (home console) or from ours — depending on the access type you bought.
- 5If you bought an activation code: open "Store" → "Redeem code", enter the 25 characters and confirm the activation on your own account.
- 6After the code is redeemed the game is tied to your profile forever: you can reinstall it from your library at any time.

- Change the password, the email or the two-factor settings of our account.
- Activate Primary on two or more consoles at the same time.
- Share the access details with third parties or resell them.
- Sign in to our profile from a PC, a phone or through third-party services.
What you can and should do
- Play from your own profile — the progress and the achievements are yours.
- Delete and reinstall the game from the library of the account.
- Contact support for any sign-in or licence error.
- Buy a Game Pass Core or Ultimate subscription for your own profile to play online.
