About the game

Zenless Zone Zero is HoYoverse's brand-new urban fantasy ARPG.

Here, contemporary civilization has been destroyed by a calamity known as "Hollows." They appear out of thin air, creating spatial anomalies filled with formidable monsters — "Ethereals."

Amidst this overwhelming catastrophe, New Eridu, the last metropolis that survived the apocalypse, has risen against the odds by harnessing the technology and resources necessary to fight the Hollow disaster, gradually evolving into human civilization's last beacon of hope.

In New Eridu, you step into the shoes of a Proxy, a professional specialized in navigating the dangerous Hollows, guiding those who, for various reasons, need to venture inside. You will embark on an adventure with unique characters to explore Hollows, battle formidable enemies, complete commissions, and learn about the mysteries behind the city.

How to activate

Guide for Xbox Series X|S

Primary — the game is shared with your own profile

1Press the Xbox button, open "Profile & system" → "Add or switch" → "Add new" and sign in with the login and password from your order.
2Now open "Settings" → "General" → "Personalization" → "My home Xbox" and choose "Make this my home Xbox". This is what shares our games with every profile on your console.
3Switch back to your own profile, open "My games & apps" → "Library" and install the game. The internet is only needed for the download.
4Launch the game from your own profile: achievements, saves and progress stay yours, and after the installation the game works offline.

Only one console at a time can be the home Xbox for our account — that is the slot you bought. Please do not change the password, the email or the two-factor settings of the account, or the access will be blocked.

Notes for Xbox Series

Primary: our account is set as the home Xbox of your console ("My home Xbox"), so the game is shared with your own profile and works offline — that is one slot on one console. Secondary: you sign in to our account and launch the game from it, and the console has to stay online. The activation code is an extra option: it is redeemed on your own account, and the game stays there forever.

Important

Do not change the password or the email of our account, do not disable two-factor authentication and do not activate Primary on several consoles at once — that blocks the access. Details are in the "Warranty" section.

How to play online

Online modes work if you have an active Xbox Game Pass Core or Ultimate subscription on your own profile. Our account does not replace a subscription.
