Experience the prehistoric hijinks of building your very own dinosaur theme park in Parkasaurus. Packed with adorable, mischievous dinos to discover, this tycoon management sim challenges you to design exhibits and conduct research that allow your herd to thrive and your profits to grow. Customize your park, hire employees, and create amazing exhibits your guests will love. But beware! These dinos love to escape and go on a rampage.

Includes the Sea Monsters and Prehistoric Wonders DLCs. Prehistoric Wonders adds 10 new creatures to discover, including Mammoth, Dire Wolf, and Giant Capybara. Sea Monsters allows you to unlock 10 new sea creatures that live in 3 new biomes. Raise a Mosasaurus from a baby or create the perfect home for your ancient Archelon using fluid water physics to construct aquatic habitats.

Building the ideal dinosaur exhibit is no small feat. Each dino requires a unique biosphere, which means the shape of exhibit, materials used, ecology, plants, elevation, and humidity all play a key role in the success of your dinos. Acquire dino eggs, hatch them in their exhibit, then nurture dinos until they are fully grown. Watch out for dinos that break out, which can lead to chaos, destruction, and plenty of laughs as you switch to first-person mode to diffuse the situation.

The best tycoons maintain a fine balance between financial performance and the wellbeing of their dinosaurs. Hire and manage your scientist research team, along with other employees. Increase your profits by adjusting admission prices and fees for specific attractions. Track reviews to ensure your guests are happy. Contend with seasonal weather, unexpected storms, and even catastrophes.

How to activate

Guide for Xbox Series X|S

Primary — the game is shared with your own profile

1Press the Xbox button, open "Profile & system" → "Add or switch" → "Add new" and sign in with the login and password from your order.
2Now open "Settings" → "General" → "Personalization" → "My home Xbox" and choose "Make this my home Xbox". This is what shares our games with every profile on your console.
3Switch back to your own profile, open "My games & apps" → "Library" and install the game. The internet is only needed for the download.
4Launch the game from your own profile: achievements, saves and progress stay yours, and after the installation the game works offline.

Only one console at a time can be the home Xbox for our account — that is the slot you bought. Please do not change the password, the email or the two-factor settings of the account, or the access will be blocked.

Secondary — you play from our account

1Press the Xbox button, open "Profile & system" → "Add or switch" → "Add new" and sign in with the login and password from your order.
2Open "My games & apps" → "Library", switch to our profile in the top-left corner and install the game.
3Launch the game while our profile stays signed in, and keep the console online: the licence is checked over the internet.
4Use your own profile for everything else — the game stays available as long as our account is signed in on this console.

Secondary costs less, but it needs a permanent internet connection and our account stays signed in on your console.

Activation code
