Guide for PlayStation 5
PlayStation — access through our account
- 1Turn the console on and go to "Settings" → "Users and Accounts" → "Add User".
- 2Enter the login and the password from your order. If two-step verification is on, use the backup code from the support message.
- 3For Primary: in "Settings" → "Account Management" → "Other" choose "Activate as Your Primary PS4/PS5" and confirm.
- 4Open the library of our profile, start the download and wait until the installation finishes.
- 5Switch back to your own profile — the game launches from it, and the progress, trophies and saves stay yours.
Notes for PS5
Primary: the console is activated as the primary one for our account and you play from your own profile. Secondary: you sign in to our account, an internet connection is required.
Important
Do not change the password or the email of our account, do not disable two-factor authentication and do not activate Primary on several consoles at once — that blocks the access. Details are in the "Warranty" section.
How to play online
Online modes work if you have an active Xbox Game Pass Core or Ultimate subscription on your own profile. Our account does not replace a subscription.
